What is the most significant way in which ACBSP is impacting the business/business higher education culture in Latin America?

“Developing a quality culture it is not only a matter of having standards, it requires more than that. Not only is a never-ending commitment a must to improve education world-wide, but also core values are fundamentals. ACBSP has chosen key core values that represent the foundation of every quality improvement effort in business education. Those core values lay the groundwork on which to build new educational organizations. Understanding future needs of stakeholders and incorporating those needs into the design of educational programs ensures leadership excellence, broad participation of faculty and staff, and engaged students learning social responsibility and management. Having a long-range view and fast response in looking for better performance systems will provide an extraordinary contribution toward developing a quality culture in Latin American business and business higher education."

What are your goals for the Latin American office and an enhanced ACBSP presence in the region?

“The main purpose of the office is to develop accreditation and membership in Latin America as well as respond to requests from members and non-members about ACBSP services. As Director of Latin American Operations, I will represent ACBSP at various conferences and meeting held in Latin America and provide technical information to support accreditation initiatives and respond to post-accreditation needs.”
