Students have several means to voice complaints including a QR code available in every classroom for daily feedback, two satisfaction questionnaires per semester, a classroom assistant, and a student representative. During the site interview the students expressed a high level of satisfaction with the different channels available to voice complaints and provide feedback.
3.3. For the three data points provided students' overall satisfaction with Administrative Support, Program Content, Customer Service, and Faculty Performance was consistently high. This high level of satisfaction was evident during the site student’s interview.

6.1.a The business unit manages the design and delivery of its educational programs considering multiple factors including stakeholder feedback, strategic goals, global and national trends, benchmarking measures, and quality assurance processes. On site interviews with faculty members, students and the Advisory Board revealed a systematic process for curriculum improvement which is updated every two years.

The business unit has established a data-driven approach to improving academic programs by systematically analyzing key student performance indicators, such as new enrollment, dropout index, retention rate, graduation rate, and student satisfaction. These metrics are actively used to guide student recruitment strategies, curriculum enhancements, and student support initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in student outcomes.
7.4.c. The business unit has a structured approach to identifying and enhancing education support processes, with improvements systematically documented and monitored through the established governance framework.
