ACBSP Member Schools Make U.S. News Ranking of Top Online Graduate Business Programs

Overland Park, KS (January 26, 2012) –The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), reports that 17 of its member schools ranked in the Top 50 in each of the four categories listed in U.S. News’ inaugural ranking of Top Online Graduate Business Programs— six making more than one list.

U.S. Newsranked online tracks from the top schools in four district numerical rankings: admissions selectivitystudent engagement and accreditationfaculty credentials and training, and student services and technology.

Gardner-Webb University (N.C.) ranked in three of the four categories, taking the top spot in "Student Services and Technology.” Northcentral University (Ariz.) ranked fifth in "Faculty Credentials and Training.” The business programs for both universities are accredited by ACBSP. ACBSP’s mission is to promote continuous improvement and recognize excellence in the accreditation of business education programs around the world. ACBSP is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) as a specialized accreditation agency for business education.
