Promoting Articulation and Transfer from Associate to Bachelor ACBSP Accredited Online Programs

Promoting Articulation and Transfer from Associate to Bachelor ACBSP Accredited Online Programs

This session will describe the partnership between CCBC and Peirce College that offer related online programs. They have developed numerous articulation agreements to offer CCBC graduates quality alternatives to complete a four-year online degree thereby promoting student recruitment and retention. This presentation will address changing student expectations for their education whereby they desire more flexible learning options that reduce student debt and time to completion. Students increasingly must balance work obligations with their studies to meet employer expectations for their learning. Seamless articulation agreements between two-year and four-year ACBSP accredited online programs support these goals. This session will serve as a follow-up to the article that Jane and Cathy co-authored on this topic that appeared in the fall 2019 edition of ACBSP Impact.
