Steve Parscale joined ACBSP in 2004. Steve has a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from Northcentral University in Prescott, Arizona. He also has a Master of Science in Management degree and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management degree from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. Steve has two associate degrees -- an Associate of Applied Science degree from Butler Community College and an Associate of Applied Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force.

Diana Hallerud

Diana Hallerud joined ACBSP in September 2003. Previously, she was a Research Analyst for the Missouri Occupational Information Coordinating Committee (MOICC) for 6 years. Prior to that, she worked as a Research Secretary for Institutional Research at Central Missouri State University. She holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University and a master’s of Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. Since joining ACBSP, she has also served as a state Baldrige Examiner for the states of Kansas and Washington as well as serving on numerous ACBSP site visits.

Carmen Hayes

Carmen Hayes joined ACBSP as its Member Services Manager in April 2015. She comes to the organization with more than 15 years’ experience in the banking industry as well as work within the non-profit sector. She most recently served as a Client Relationship Manager at UMB Bank. Her educational background is in Bilingual Education and she is presently working on a degree in business administration. She has a passion to serve including involvement in numerous charitable organizations such as Connections to Success/Dress for Success Kansas City. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, spending time with her daughters, traveling with family and friends, and “dinner and a movie” with her husband.
