Meet Your SpeakersDr. Alisa Fleming Director of Institutional Assessment University of Phoenix Dr. Alisa Fleming is an academic leader with experience in higher education, business, consulting, and teaching. Dr. Fleming serves as Director of Assessment at University of Phoenix. In this role, she executes institution-wide assessment initiatives designed to maintain a culture of evidence and continuous improvement with an aim to enrich learning and instruction. She has held a variety of leadership positions, including Associate Dean - managing graduate and undergraduate curriculum and programs and Dean of Assessment - leading programmatic assessment and accreditation efforts for the business school.
Dr. Freda Hartman Norwich University Dr. Freda Hartman is a former Business Dean, Chair and Faculty at several universities where her responsibilities included administration of, and teaching in, undergraduate and graduate level online programs. She developed many business courses for the online modality and led teams to build and offer faculty development initiatives for online instruction. She presented numerous seminars on effective online teaching at national and global academic conferences. Dr. Hartman is currently at Norwich University and teaches as Adjunct Faculty in their online MBA program. She has been active in ACBSP for over 24 years.
Dr. Jeffrey Lineman Northwest Nazarene University Jeffrey Lineman is currently serving as tenured Professor of Management and MIS at Northwest Nazarene University. He received an MS degree from Baker University, an M.Div. degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. degree from Capella University. He teaches management courses as well as information systems and computer applications at both the undergraduate and graduate level. He has served the community as a member of Lions International and enjoys playing the saxophone. He has three adult children and resides in Nampa, Idaho with his wife. Dr. Lineman has been in higher education for almost thirty years and serves as an ACBSP Site Evaluator, Mentor, Digital Media Communications Committee chair, Baccalaureate-Graduate Board of Commissioner and has served on the CLEP Principles of Management Standards Committee since 2008. Dr. Lineman founded the STEP program at NNU which is an accelerated delivery program for working adults to complete their bachelor’s degree in business primarily through evening or online courses.

Chair-Elect, ACBSP Board of Directors Western Governors University Dr. Bruce Stetar has over 25 years of experience as an educator in three different countries. His disciplines are management and leadership, but he has also taught a range of business and information technology courses. He has been involved in online education for over ten years at WGU, SNHU and other schools. He has been involved with the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP) since 2007 in a variety of leadership roles including his current role as the Chair-Elect of the Board of Directors. He has also served on ACBSP’s Accreditation Governance Board, is a past Chair of the Bac/Grad Board of Commissioners and is a past President/Chair of ACBSP’s Region 8 – the International Council of Business Schools and Programs.
