NOTICE: All fees must be paid in US Dollars ($). Payment, via major credit/debit card, MUST be paid at the time of registration, in order to completely register for the event. Your registration WILL NOT be completed, and you WILL NOT be registered without online payment. Additional meal tickets -- for spouses, children, etc. -- may be purchased online at time of registration or on-site. A registrant receives entry to each meal function (and refreshment breaks).

This policy covers registration and ticketed events. ACBSP must receive a written notice of cancellation by October 5, 2018 for a full refund to be given. From October 6, 2018 until October 25, 2018, cancellations will incur a $200 service charge deducted from the amount paid. Fees will be refunded in the same manner in which the original form of payment was made. NO REFUNDS will be made for registration cancellation beginning October 26 and all amounts owed must be paid. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time without penalty. Cancellations may only be submitted via email to conference@acbsp.org.
By providing your email address and contact information, you are agreeing to receive messages (email and/or postal mail) from the Accreditation Council for Business School and Programs (ACBSP). We may also share your contact information with our regional councils. You may, from time to time, receive messages about regional meetings, ACBSP events, business of the Council, and products and services from our valued partners, among other things. If you do not wish to be contacted, email conference@acbsp.org and you will be removed from our lists.
ACBSP often takes photos and/or captures video/audio of attendees at ACBSP events. By registering, you grant permission to the rights of your image, likeness, and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or videotape, without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse commercial settings within an unrestricted geographic area. You understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public business settings, or anywhere else ACBSP sees fit.
