This social Project comes with a compromise from EAN to help develop the community as a whole. Verified: This Strength was verified on site.Criterion 3.1 EAN has identified its target market, for each of the academic programs, to carry out segmented work based on age, sex and socioeconomic level. This information is collected from the Admissions area of ??the University, which is well structured and conducts surveys to prospects, as well as performing psychological interviews. Categories: Results Verified: This Strength was verified on site.Criterion 3.5 EAN established robust and well designed strategies to improve the student attraction and retention system. They work closely and efficiently with the Office of Wellness and Student Services. Their main objective is to provide three major supports: Academic, Personal and Financial. The program also contemplates a follow-up program and services for graduates. In the original uploaded self-study report, the mandatory minimum data points were not provided. It is recommended that as soon is possible, the up to date data be uploaded. Criterion 5.2 EAN shows an efficient composition of full-time and part-time faculty, achieving a balance between academic and practical habilitation that contributes to reach educational objectives. Most of the professors have business experience, which is important for a higher entrepreneur training. Categories: DeploymentCriterion 6.1.3 The contents of the syllabus show that CPCs are widely covered, and it´s also evidenced in figure 6.2.Criterion 6.1.4 The academic programs integrate specialized contents as well as comprehensive training with emphasis on social responsibility, sustentability, technologies, English language learning, entrepreneurship and training for life and profession. In addition to the common professional component, the university offers advanced, specialized and comprehensive training courses that provide greater empowerment and a broad vision for business students, aspects of great value to meet the expectations of students and for the creation of competitive advantages in their work field. It is recommended that EAN include in the ACBSP campuslabs platform the missing curriculums in order to comply with this criterion.
