ACBSP is the only specialized accrediting body for business schools that presents an award recognizing excellence in teaching that is open to the entire membership. The International Teaching Excellence Award recipients will be honored at the "Salute
to Regions" luncheon at the ACBSP Annual Conference, where they will each be presented with an engraved crystal award and a check for $500.
The International Best of Regions Excellence Award was introduced in 2012 as a way to honor exceptional presentations given by members with the ACBSP Annual Conference theme. During the Salute to Regions Luncheon on Sunday, one of the Best of the Region
presentations will receive the International Best of Regions Excellence Award. The recipient presenter(s) will receive a crystal award as well as a $500 check.
The ACBSP Board of Directors is seeking your nominations for the Chair's Award. This award recognizes exceptional service to ACBSP during the past year. The award comes with a $250 cash honorarium and will be presented at the next ACBSP Conference.
ACBSP honors a select number of persons who have contributed in a variety of ways to the growth and development of ACBSP over a number of years by granting Emeritus Membership.
This competition offers students from ACBSP member institutions the chance to gain exposure, refine their business thinking, and compete internationally for recognition.
Each year, one student presentation will be selected to represent their school and region and present at the ACBSP Annual Conference. This is an excellent professional development opportunity for students at all levels of higher business education, and
a valuable addition to a résumé.
The ACBSP Student Leadership Award was created in order to recognize student leadership. No other business school accrediting body has an award like it. Once presented, the student may use this recognition on a resume and be honored at a graduation or
honor awards assembly. The availability of a perpetual plaque in the wall of the business school adds value for the student long after departure from the college or university campus and is visible evidence to all visitors that the business
unit supports leadership within the student body.
