The Inspirational Leadership Academy (ILA) is a series of 4 retreats (10 days) that has an assessment driven focus on leadership growth and immersion into the college culture. The college leadership is evident in the programs in place for faculty and staff to be successful. The Faculty Progression Structure (FPS) extends the state mandated Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) that exists to certify and re-certify all technical college faculty.
