Strengths Criterion 1.2 ? The University and the business unit show great interest in the topic of Social Responsability. This is shown in their program Pienso en Verde (I Think in Green) and in the various activities that the schools design for this purpose. Students must complete Social Responsibility hours to graduate. Additional evidence was presented during the site visit and students and graduates mention in focus groups. Criterion 2.1 ? The business unit, during the last few years, has followed a process to develop a new strategic planning system, with the objective of ensuring that it becomes an integral part of the operations of the business programs, which reflect the alignment with the strategic objectives of the university. Those responsible for business programs meet regularly to follow up on the strategic plan, which allows them to become familiar with the plan and define key strategies to achieve the goals, this evaluation is a way to measure if the process is working. Each program uses the results of its review to develop the annual action plan. Criterion 3.6 ? The business units use a formal process to search for information, pursue common purposes, and receive complaints from students and interest groups. For example, digital mailbox supported by QR codes, student advisory board, work environment studies, help desk, faculty and staff meetings. Additional evidence was presented during the site visit. In the focus groups, students, faculty, employers, perceive that the business unit is attentive to meeting their requirements. Criterion 6.1.1 ? The business unit has developed a very detail procedure on how to update their study plans, focusing on competencies with the participation of an expert committee and aligned with the institution's educational model.
