The Faculty of Business and Economics of Daffodil International University (DIU) has achieved the membership of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programmes (ACBSP), a US-based accreditation association for business education.

ACBSP executive director and CEO Douglas Viehland formally handed over the membership certificate to Md Sabur Khan, chairman of the Board of Trustees of DIU, at a ceremony at a city restaurant on Sunday, says a press release.

DIU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr M Lutfar Rahman, its Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof Dr M Golam Rahman, DIU Registrar Prof Dr Engr AKM Fazlul Haque, deans and heads of different departments and faculties of the university were present on the occasion, the release added.
