Where do I go to log in?

How do I update my information?

Navigate to acbsp.org/member. Alternatively you can go to any page on our website and click "Sign In" in the light blue bar at the very top of the page.

Once there, provide the username/password for the profile you wish to access and click "login"

Once you are logged in to the ACBSP "Member Dashboard" click the "My Profile" link in the blue bar at the top of the page in order to access your profile settings.

You can then click any of the "Edit" buttons in the various sections to update your information.
What if I forgot my password?
You can reset your password by going to: acbsp.org/general/email_pass.asp and providing the username or email address that was used to create your account.
What if I am new to the institution and do not yet have an account?
Your Institution's Champion is the individual who adds new members to your institution. Please reach out to your Champion, and let them know that you would like to have them create an account for you. Your champion will need the desired emaill
address to associate with the account in order to create your account.
What if I am a Champion wanting to add/remove/or edit members to my institution?
Logging in for the first time

ACBSP Staff should have sent a message to the email address that we have on file for your champion which contains a link that will allow them to reset the password for your Institution's profile.

You or your champion will need to check for that email (be sure to look in your spam folder if you don't see it right away) and click the provided link

Once you have set a new password, you will be taken to a page that will tell you the username for your Institution's profile.

Make a note of your new password and the Institution's username.

After Setting Up Password

Navigate to acbsp.org/member. Alternatively you can go to any page on our website and click "Sign In" in the light blue bar at the very top of the page.

Once there, provide your institution's username & password (NOTE: this is not the username and password used to administer your personal individual profile, but that of your institution) and click "login"

Once you are logged in to the ACBSP "Member Dashboard" click the "My Profile" link in the blue bar at the top of the page in order to access your profile settings.

On this page Click the Grey "Information and Settings" tab (Desktop: second from top on the left hand side, Mobile: the "gears" tab located second from left)

On this page:

Desktop: click the grey "Individual Members" tab at the top of the page

Mobile: Select "Individual Members" from the "Show Me" dropdown

You now have several ways to add an individual member to your institution:

ADVISED: In the "Invite New Members" section, enter the Email Addresses of all those you with to invite to join your institution as an Individual Member and click "Send Invite". They will receive a link to ae registration
form that will guide them through the process of creating an individual member profile tied to your institution.

Click "Create Individual Members" to go through the account registration process for them

You can also manage your existing Individual Members in the "Your Individual Members" panel at the bottom of this page.
