Categories: Approach, Improvements The Site Visit team could not verify any institutional prior learning assessment processes for adults with prior relevant experiences or military credit provided through ACE. Institutionalizing prior learning assessment and credit for ACE credit enables the business unit and the institution to serve its adult and veterans populations more effectively. Institutions are encouraged to implement articulation agreements whereby associate degree graduates can obtain junior status and the equivalent of two years' credit toward specified baccalaureate degrees. Categories: Approach, Improvements It was mentioned in a faculty meeting that there is an opportunity in advising that students should be made more aware that an associate degree in a discipline is a viable option for them.
